Mother Gooseberry IPA is a made up brand campaign for class. The campaign includes poster, can design, and packaging design. After thorough research into Mother Goose nursery rhymes, gooseberries, and IPA, I came up with the concept of bringing nostalgia to adults who drink beer. To do so, I hand-drawn the illustrations depicting common childhood scenes with stuffed animals and pies to invoke a child-like wonder with the imagery. I also used a warm, neutral color palette to create an old story-book look and melancholy feel.
